A: For tax reasons, you will need to provide this information in order to receive your compensation for the rental of the unit.

A: NO, we are only able to list units deeded specfically to the owner.

A: No, the listing fee is non-refundable.
What if my unit doesn’t rent?
Q: What if my unit doesn’t rent?
A: If the unit doesn’t rent, the owner may withdraw the unit from our program. If withdrawn 15 days or more prior to the start date of the unit, the owner may deposit the unit with RCI. If withdrawn less than 15 days prior to the start date of the unit, the owner may withdraw the unit and use it personally.
When do I need to place my unit with you for rental?
Q: When do I need to place my unit with you for rental?
A: The sooner the better. Some owners complete the paperwork and place their units for rental as soon as they receive their assignment from their owners association (sometimes this is up to two years in advance.

A: No. Because of the number of owners we deal with, (over 3,000 in 2007) we do not contact owners regarding activity involving their units. They are welcome to contact this office at any time, and we will be happy to check the status of the unit at that time.
