Can I change credit cards?

A: ANY changes may be made, including calling with different credit card information, prior to the charge date of the reservation. NO changes may be made after charge date.

A: Yes; but if full payment is not received by reservation charge date…your credit card will be charged.for the full amount.

A: Great Eastern has a strict no smoking policy for their units.
Can you charge two (2) credit cards for one reservation?
Q: Can you charge two (2) credit cards for one reservation?
A: Yes. However, there will be a $10.00 additional fee that will be divided between the two cards.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy
Q: What is your Deposit/Cancellation Policy?
A: Payments made via credit card will be charged the full balance 21 days in advance of scheduled arrival date. Payments made via cashiers check must be received and paid in full 21 days in advance of scheduled arrival date. In addition, the resort requires a credit card security deposit at check in. You may cancel or alter any reservation up to 21 days in advance of scheduled arrival date with NO penalty. NO altering or re-scheduling of reservation within 21 days of arrival date. Cancellations made between 14 and 21 days of scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental fee. No shows or cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival date will be billed 100% of the total rental fee. Cancellations are only conplete when you receive a cancellation code from a Massanutten Condo Rentals reservationist. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
Do I need to bring coffee filters?

A: Most units-but not all-have the new ‘screen’ filters that do not require standard coffee filters. But to be on the safe side…you might bring a few.

A: There will be a limited supply in the unit, we recommend you bring your own.

A: No.
How many parking spaces will I have?
Q: How many parking spaces will I have?
A: One parking space is allotted for each unit. For example, if you have rented a Summit UL unit, you will have one parking space for the U unit and one parking space for the L.

If I arrive at 2:00 p.m. can I check-in early?

A: This is a decision Massanutten Condo Rentals cannot make. Upon arrival, guest may ‘pre-register’ with front desk. Front desk will decide if the individual will be allowed access to their unit at that time.
Is there cookware, etc. in the unit?

A: Every unit contains cookware, silverware and enough place settings for the number of individuals the unit will accommodate.
Linens Provided
Q: Are there linens provided in the units?
A: Yes; linens, towels and washcloths are provided for the number of individuals the unit will accommodate.
May I bring my pet?
Q: May I bring my pet?
A: No. Pets aren’t allowed in any of the resort units. However, Wayworn Pet Resort is very close to the resort and may board your animal. You may contact them by calling 540-289-7020.
My brother will be arriving prior to myself; can you give him the keys to our unit?

A: Yes. Individual picking up keys MUST be 21 years of age or older! Please contact our office by calling 540-289-9466 so one of our reservationists may document this on your reservation.
Parking?
Q: We will need four parking spaces because we are all coming from different areas. What do you suggest?
A: At check in, the front desk will advise where the overflow parking areas are located
Washer/Dryer
Q: Will we have washer/dryer in our unit?
A: Most units have shared washer/dryer units in them, if not; renters will have access to laundry facilities.
We have 7 people coming, but one is an infant. The baby doesn’t really count, right?

A: If the unit accommodates 6, you may ONLY place 6 in the unit due to Great Eastern Resorts fire regulations.

A: Woodstone Meadows is open 24 hours, seven days a week.
